Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

½ cup dry GF oats
1 - 1 ½ cup unsweetened plant-based milk
½ tsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Mix all ingredients, cover, and store in the fridge overnight.

Banana Walnut Oats

½ cup dry GF oats
1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
½ tsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ banana, mashed
1 tbsp walnuts, chopped, divided
2 tbsp hemp seeds

1.Combine all ingredients but 1 tbsp of walnuts.
2. Mix well and store in the refrigerator overnight.
3. When ready to eat, top with remaining 1 tbsp walnuts.

*For more protein, add 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder or 2 scoops Collagen peptides.


Apple Cinnamon Oats

½ cup dry GF oats
1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
½ tsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp coconut oil
1 apple, peeled and diced
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp chia seeds

1. Heat coconut oil over medium heat.
2. Add diced apples along with cinnamon and maple syrup and cook until soft.
3. Let cool for 10min.
4. Combine with remaining ingredients and store in the refrigerator overnight.

Berry chocolate

½ cup dry GF oats
1 - 1 ½ cup unsweetened plant-based milk
Stevia
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp coconut oil
½ cup berries of your choice, cleaned and diced
½ tsp cacao nibs, optional

1. Heat coconut oil over medium heat.
2. Add diced strawberries and maple syrup and cook until soft.
3. Let cool for 10min.
4. Combine with remaining ingredients and store in the refrigerator overnight.
5. When ready to eat top with cacao nibs and additional fresh strawberries.
